I HAVE NEVER FELT PAIN LIKE IT AND NEVER WILL AGAIN

In 2018 when the police arrived at our farm to tell me that my beautiful Murray (Muzza) had passed away and that he had taken his own life —to say my world was shattered is an absolute understatement.

My husband Mick (Muzza’s Step Dad) and I were in shock and didn’t know where to turn or what to do. Mick thought he was going to lose the person he had married.

Grief has so many layers and affects everyone differently, however, one thing for sure is that you don’t know who you are anymore and where you belong.

We decided to launch “Muzza’s Happy Hour” a grief support network to allow people to find a place that they feel like they belong and feel understood. We have hosted several “Muzza’s Happy Hour’s” in our rural community but feel that a website with the link to important resources would be so beneficial to so many.

I don’t want any other parent to have to feel the pain that I have felt.
